The following exhibit represents multiple vintage logic- and memory elements with applied monolithic system technology (MST).
From 1970, core memory was displaced by monolithic memory elements as central memory. At first they had a capacity of 128 byte. The first computer using monotlithic system technology was the IBM 370.
